Partners + Napier is expanding its production capability with the appointment of Julio Soler to the newly created role of integrated producer. He joins the agency from The Barbarian Group, where he worked on noteworthy integrated campaigns for Bacardi and Samsung as senior producer.

"Our clients need us to deliver our ideas seamlessly across all channels. This is Julio’s sweet spot," said Jeff Gabel, chief creative officer at Partners + Napier. "He brings deep experience in content creation as a director and producer. Julio is a terrific addition to our senior creative ranks."

Soler has expansive production expertise in digital media, advertising, interactive and film. At Partners + Napier, he will work across offices in Rochester, NY, and New York City on many of the agency’s accounts and assignments.

"I joined Partners + Napier because they deliver integrated solutions to their clients in a nimble and cost-efficient way," said Soler. "The new digital production tools we are using let us create a variety of high-quality media assets with smaller budgets."

Soler previously worked as executive producer at Tribal DDB on integrated campaigns for Intel, Reebok, Phillips, Diageo, and others. He also held interactive production roles at Barnes & Noble, Razorfish, and THINK New Ideas. Soler has produced a number of small independent films, television pilots, and music videos, and contributed to motion graphics design for theatrical productions.

Soler added, "I’m really excited to contribute to Partners + Napier’s creative offering and love being part of a team that works like a family."
