New hires. New fire.

January 12, 2024

Our account team and new business squad welcome some serious talent.

The new year brings new hires and continued growth for integrated creative and media agency Partners + Napier which has bolstered its account leadership team to deliver for new and existing clients.

Krystal Garvin has been named Director of New Business and Nathan King has joined the agency as Global Group Account Director. Garvin, who is based in Brooklyn, and King, who lives in Carmel, New York, will work from Partners + Napier parent company Project Worldwide’s collaborative Manhattan location, which has been set up to foster teamwork across Project’s independent network.

As Director of New Business, Garvin will assemble and orchestrate the resources of the Agency’s Growth Team. Key duties include prospecting and managing the pitch process, developing and refining marketing materials, and building and reinforcing relationships with industry search consultants. She will report directly to Executive Chair and Founder Sharon Napier.

Garvin most recently served as an Account Director at Velocity Partners. Before that she worked at such agencies as Publicis Spine and Horizon Media. Clients benefiting from her strategic acumen to date include Demandbase, Uptempo.io, Oracle, New Relic, Bottom Line, and Turner Media.

“Krystal’s work on new business and marketing communications while at Velocity was first-rate. We’re thrilled that she wanted to take her strong account leadership skill set and her propensity for growth in a new direction and apply her many talents to our new business team,” said Napier.

King, meanwhile, will report to his former BBDO New York teammate, Lindsey Cash, who joined Partners + Napier as VP, Head of Account Leadership last June. While at BBDO, Cash and King together earned a reputation for being champions of great work who consistently offer POVs that invariably make it better.

During his industry tenure, King – who also worked at FCB New York – has serviced clients including Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS Health, New York-Presbyterian Hospital and ExxonMobil. As a result, he brings vast global experience within the B2B and healthcare sectors to his new role, as well as strategic rigor and insight-driven creative solutions. Due to the agency’s recent success on the new business front, King will help onboard new clients and oversee existing business.

“The agency has great momentum going into 2024 both with our clients and new business prospects, and that’s thanks to the incredible people we’re adding to deepen our already amazingly talented staff. All of us together are committed to building on that energy and driving further growth,” said agency CEO Courtney Cotrupe.
