Partners + Napier Hosts R/ADWEEK Talent Event
To kick off the final day of the Rochester Advertising Federation’s annual R/ADWEEK event series, Partners + Napier is hosting a breakfast panel entitled: “Talent Evolution: Going Beyond the Book.” The panel will feature industry experts from Partners + Napier, Droga5, Praytell, and The Gradient Group in a discussion on taking unconventional paths to success, and how your agency can find and promote talent from everywhere. Tiffany Edwards is the first and current Engagement & Inclusion Director at Droga5, an integrated marketing agency based in New York City. She joined Droga5 in 2016, as the agency’s first Senior Programs and Outreach Manager. In her current role, Tiffany manages and develops employee programs, assesses and meets the agency’s learning and development needs, and drives their diversity and inclusion efforts.
Rob Kottkamp oversees creative, digital, content, and design at Partners + Napier. Previously, at MullenLowe in Boston, Rob oversaw creative for accounts such as Google Cloud, U.S. Cellular, and Royal Caribbean. Prior to MullenLowe, Rob spent nine years at Arnold Worldwide working on accounts for Volvo, Timberland, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Santander Bank. He also spent seven years on the Truth anti-smoking campaign, one of Ad Age’s Top 15 Ad Campaigns of the 21st Century. His work has been awarded at Cannes, D&AD, the Effie Awards, One Show, and many others. Two of his campaigns reside in the Museum of Modern Art’s permanent collection.
Sanji Moore is Vice President of People & Operations at Praytell, a Brooklyn-based creative communications agency. With more than 13 years of experience in public relations and marketing, Sanji has developed a specialized understanding of challenges facing this industry’s workforce. She has a passion to modernize HR, provide long and short-term business impact, and curate meaningful workplace experiences.
Bennett Bennett is an award-winning copywriter with experience working at global brand consultancies and ad agencies. He has written in-depth about the marketing and media landscapes, as well as concepted, pitched and created integrated campaigns across social, digital and print. Bennett has been named one of the 4As “100 People Who Make Advertising Great” as well as a 2017 Adweek Young Influential.
