Partners + Napier Again Ranked Among Top 20 Most Effective Agencies in North America
Among the many awards bestowed on marketers and advertising agencies each year, one is known above all others as the most trusted measure of effectiveness: the Effie Award. And it’s going to be another big year for Partners + Napier.
After racking up two Effie winners and four finalists in 2018, Partners + Napier kept it going in 2019, notching another winner and four finalists, and ranking 17th on the 2019 Effie Index of individual agencies — earning its second consecutive year in the Top 20 Most Effective Agencies in North America.

That’s what we’re known for, and what our clients expect from us,” said Sharon Napier, CEO of Partners + Napier. “We’re very proud to be recognized with this high ranking for a second year.”
Since entering its first North American Effie Awards competition in 2016, Partners + Napier’s hardworking campaigns have earned Effies each year — with winners spanning six different clients, both B2B and B2C, and four different awards categories (Healthcare Services, Shopper Marketing, Small Budgets, B2B Services). In total, the agency has earned 12 show recognitions for marketing effectiveness.
In 2018, Partners + Napier’s work for Highmark Health broke the mold when it was recognized as one of the top eight most effective marketing campaigns in North America as a Grand Effie Finalist, alongside work for marketers such as State Street Global Advisors (“Fearless Girl”), The New York Times (“The Truth is Hard to Find”), and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (Advil’s “What Pain? All Gain”).
This year, Partners + Napier will be crossing the Effie Awards stage for its “Burgers for Every 1” campaign, created in partnership with BurgerFi.
