Partners + Napier Chosen as Brand Agency for The Mercantile at Sibley Square
WinnCompanies, an award-winning national developer and manager of high-impact multifamily and mixed-use properties, has selected Partners + Napier as brand agency for a crucial phase of development at its award-winning landmark property in downtown Rochester, NY, Sibley Square.
The Mercantile at Sibley Square, set to open in June 2020, is an exciting new food destination that will feature multiple regional, artisanal food offerings, creating a community meeting and dining location in the center of the historic Sibley Building. Partners + Napier is leading brand identity development on the project after a competitive review.

The opening of The Mercantile marks another major milestone in the multi-year revitalization effort to produce a reimagined community landmark at Sibley Square. The historic 1.1 million-square-foot building is energizing downtown Rochester and has attracted residents, businesses and visitors from throughout the region. It boasts nearly 300 modern apartments at affordable, middle income and market rate rents, more than 400,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space, 75,000 square feet of retail space and 68,000 square feet occupied by NextCorps – an incubator for high-tech start-ups.
