Courtney Cotrupe Appointed 4A’s Chair of New York State Council, Named to AAF Board of Directors

The 4A’s, the leading trade association representing the advertising agency business, today announced that Courtney Cotrupe, president of Partners + Napier, has been named chair of the NY State Council. The New York State Council is part of the 4A’s Eastern region, and represents 16 member agencies with approximately 700 employees. Courtney succeeds Bill Murtha, recently retired CEO of Roberts Communications, which was acquired by Partners + Napier in October 2017. Read the full press release here.

Courtney was also elected to the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Board of Directors for the 2018-2019 term, joining Jon Kaplan, Head of Global Sales at Pinterest; Aviva Ebstein Kroninger, Chief Communications Officers at Young & Rubicam; and Patrick Lafferty, U.S. President of mcgarrybowen. The AAF's Board of Directors guides and oversees signature events and initiatives, including the Advertising Hall of Fame, Mosaic Center for Multiculturalism, ADMERICA and the Institute for Advertising Ethics.
